I sit in this circle and what do I see?
I see reflections that look a lot like me.
The same design seems to lay in us all,
We all make mistakes and we sometimes fall.
I take a second glance on the faces here,
That friend across the room has also known fear.
The stranger to my left has cried the same pain,
The acquaintance to my right can also hear the rain.
The point to these thoughts seem clear to me now,
Its amazing just how,
Alike we are and have to walk through this life,
The good, bad, ugly and the strife.
Better to be united and not walk alone,
Toward Jesus and the seats for us waiting by his throne.
So let us honor each other at all cost,
Because if we don't our body is lost.
Don't see the people in this circle as they are,
They are glorified children without a single scar.
Live as such and you will surely go far.
